The beginning of a new year is often a time for self-reflection – a time when we traditionally examine our lives and look to make changes for the better. I’ve never had much success with New Year’s Resolutions, and can easily believe the statistic that just 8% of us are successful in keeping resolutionsmade at the depth of winter when we need all the comforts we can get.
